All services are provided based on the scope agreed upon with the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and clear instructions
- Own or have permission to use all submitted content (video, audio, images, music)
- Ensure submitted content does not violate any copyright or legal rights
Raw2Pro is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided materials.
Payments
- Payment terms, pricing, and deadlines will be agreed upon before work begins
- Work may begin only after payment or deposit is received, unless otherwise agreed
- All payments are non-refundable once work has started
Revisions
We offer revisions based on the agreed project scope. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may result in additional charges.
Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery times are shared in advance but may vary depending on project complexity, revision requests, and communication delays.
Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, the final edited video is owned by the client. Raw2Pro reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Raw2Pro is not liable for:
- Loss of data provided by the client
- Platform-specific performance such as views, engagement, or revenue
- Delays caused by third-party services or client-side issues
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a client violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or requests illegal or unethical content.
